job detailsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international manufacturer in a 14 month contract role here in Adelaide in a hands-on, dynamic and challenging events management position. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver industry leading, highest quality and value for money events and conferences.
- Manage and coordinate Residential and Commercial events across the year including the annual offshore VIP (Volume Incentive Program), product launch events, Commercial Symposium & inter-state-based customer events, and support planning of key events in international markets.
- Coordinate online events across residential and commercial business areas
- Hands on management and on-the ground of all activities during events where appropriate
- Support planning and logistics for tradeshows when needed
- Provide general administrative support across the marketing department
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, dealers and customers
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in event management
- 3-4 years event management experience
- Highly motivated and great team player
- Working well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent planning and time management skills
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
