You will play a critical role in achieving our goals, supporting our Australian team members and sourcing the best people to add to our growing organization.If you have a passion for driving company growth and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in the creation and administration of company-wide programs and initiatives; engagement survey, leadership development, onboarding, career progression etc. Proactively engages Hiring Managers in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.Maintains local reports, utilizing data analytics to draw insights to the business.Assists the Global Head of HR in drawing up succession plans and talent development initiatives to create new career paths for employees.Managing HR records in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including CVs, employment contracts and forms.Onboarding and offboarding functions such as issuing new employees with enrollment documents, setting up training and supporting the new joiner along the process.Relaying and interpreting company policies & procedures as well as employee benefits to team members.Employee relations activities such as responding to Team Member queries including relevant labor legislation and issues handling, coaching and development, elevating to the Global Head of HR when necessary.Support and roll out the Performance Review process for the Australian team, participating in talent and compensation discussions.Good understanding of payroll processes working with the HR Administrator to ensure timeliness and error-free.Participate in HR systems enhancements and implementations.Skills and Qualifications3-5+ years experience in Human Resources Practitioner University Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalentSolid working knowledge of Australian labour law and local legislationStrong background of recruitment & selection activities; posting, screening, interviewing, offer preparationExceptional communication skills; builds relationships, able to interface with multiple levels and collaborates effectivelyStrong knowledge of MS Office, HRIS and other HR common tools and resources; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an assetOrganized, strong attention to detail and solutions-orientedKnowledge of Australian payroll an asset.
