The EL1 Assistant Director Provider Engagement (Labour Hire) is an important team leadership position within the organisation and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. It will provide the leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for staff working within the positions assigned Work Area.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with key stakeholders including other Federal Government departments, State and Local Government, providers, carers, people with disability and mainstream organisations to address market challenges.
- Developing market capability and capacity to ensure the support needs of participants are met.
- Supporting the development and promotion of resources that enable market development and improving the organisation's understanding of the market environment and provider experience, market conditions and challenges.
- Undertaking the role as a contact for key providers whilst supporting provider market and organisations provider processes, and representing the organisations in discussions with providers, provider peak bodies and industry stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and utilisation of channels to maintain knowledge of policies, processes and market strategies.
- Supporting information sharing activities with key internal stakeholders including national office portfolios (markets, operations and communications) and other business areas.
- Implementing and supporting national engagement strategies intended to develop market and provider maturity.
- Drafting and proof-reading briefs, papers, reports, QoNs, QTBs, TPs and complaint responses.
