This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's largest churches as their HR Advisor. Based in Sydney CBD, this role will see you look after the NSW and ACT region. Working within the broader People & Culture team, you will hit the ground running with owning the full generalist HR cycle and supporting the People & Culture Director with various initiatives and projects.
This is a permanent full time position within a flexible work environment.
Key Accountabilities

- Regular collaboration with the broader People & Culture team
- Support the Director of People & Culture with HR initiatives and projects (incl. workplace diversity)
- Advise and coach managers using generalist knowledge across all areas of the employee life cycles
- Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
Key Requirements
- Broad knowledge of Awards, Employment Law and Regulations.
- Ability to work independently within a tight knit team
- Demonstrated strength in Employment Relations
