Job Description

- Management and leadership of the Global Customer Supply Chain, Logistics and Network development team
- Accountability for network design and growth across 3rd party contract manufacturing right through to finished goods retail distribution to International Customers
- Inventory management of all skus for Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce Channels
- Utilise your analytical prowess and understanding across the management of a global 3PL network to identify areas for CI initiatives and optimisation strategies to be introduced to deliver value add and cost savings
- Manage and optimise the customer supply operations, ensuring optimal order management and inventory allocation is rolled out
- Contract negotiation, reporting and management of KPI SLAs with 3PL partners
- Manage all financial processes related to the Global Supply and Distribution network to ensure costs are captured through the budget process and aligned to volume forecasts
- Develop tools and systems to create governance and standardisation globally

The Successful Applicant

- Experienced FMCG Supply Chain and Logistics leader with exposure to complex Supply Chain Network
- Ability to scale a Supply Chain and build a sustainable footprint from manufacturing all the way through to retail distribution on an International platform
- Commercially orientated person with a high level of business acumen and engagement with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated skills in process, systems and network optimisation
- Understanding of cost centre, 3PL and P&L management
- Proactive personality with a curious mindset
- Highly analytical and detailed individual who can be both tactical and strategic
