HR Payroll Officer Duties

- Assisting the HR team in reaching a high efficiency of operations
- Contributing to staff management and support
- Financial correspondance and reporting
- Management of personnel files and data records
- Liasing between staff and department managers
- Consulting on fairwork and award agreements
- Assisting with team and staff management and allocation

The successful candidate will

- Be able to build relationships across multiple departments and at all levels
- Have a desire of discovery and to embrace diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate experience within a similar role
- Be able to evaluate a businesses needs and format an action plan to benefit them
- Be adaptable and prepared to take on a challenge
