About The Role..
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in the Mortgage Broking Industry. Candidate MUST have loan processing experience and know how to service a loan and assess income. In this role you will be required to work under pressure, have high attention to detail and fast response times to the tasks at hand.
In this role, you will be responsible for:Understanding the lender policy attached to the product chosen for the clientLiaising with lenders, clients and conveyancersEnsuring that loan submission quality is at the highest possible standardsKeep clients informed and updated to all status updatesSubmitting loan applications through AOLReviewing and where necessary adjusting the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender requirementsCoordinate and review loan documents/contractSupport and assistance to the DirectorProviding administrative support as and where required
About You
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:3-4 years minimum experience working as a Client Service Manager or Loan Processor with a Mortgage Broker (essential)Comfortable working in a remote environmentExperience in loan processing, servicing calculators and apply onlineProfessional telephone mannerOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsOrganised and excellent attention to detailWell presented Skills in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a dynamic team environmentDrivers licence and own transport required
