Job Description
- Lead a team of Buyers, Planners and Analysts to ensure the right stock is available at the right team across the Stores and Online network.
- Develop a robust supplier collaboration strategy to optimise stock and inventory flow across the DCs.
- Spearhead the S&OP process on a monthly basis.
- Manage and continually improve the OTB process across the business, ensuring all teams are to spend.
- Sku rationalisation and SLOB management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an alignment on KPIs and ways of working.
