For this role we are looking at someone with high energy and someone is wanting to take that next step in their career has career progression.
This role would be perfect for someone who loves working in an open and inviting environment, dealing with a variety of different stakeholders daily from, face 2 face customers, couriers and sales rep
What a standard day looks like
- Greet and assist customers, answering product enquiries and providing recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall success of the team
- Continuously update product knowledge to offer the best solutions completing sales and customer service-related functions
It would also good if you had any of the following
- Previous sales or customer service experience (plumbing industry experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Self-drive and initiative
- Computer proficient and familiarity with warehousing software.
