JMH Group have a team of qualified tradespeople providing heavy equipment maintenance, support and solutions to a variety of customers and sites within Western Australia and workshops based in Geraldton and Perenjori. The Service Adviser is critical to the smooth running of the workshop and positive contribution to a professional working environment as a team player working closely with our Workshop Manager and Technicians.
The role involves liaising with customers to book in their services and providing regular updates as well as data entry, invoicing and other general administrative tasks.
We promise that no 2 days are the same!
The successful applicant must have: High Level Administrative Skills, able to multitask and manage priorities. Able to demonstrate computer literacy. Able to use software for CRM, Job Management, and Inventory. Well-developed keyboard skills carried out with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage workflow and set priorities. Ability to show initiative. Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety requirements. This role requires the employee to maintain a current Motor Vehicle Licence. Must reside in the Geraldton WA region or be willing to relocate there for work.
Experience in a similar role within the Automotive Industry will be highly regarded, however we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Wages negotiable upon interview, qualifications and experience.
