The Service
This is a small 40 place EXCEEDING preschool located in a quiet street in Manly. They are looking for a Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator to join their established, passionate team and work within the preschool room. You have the option to work part-time (minimum 3 days) or full-time hours across 4 or 5 days a week! Their centre is newly renovated to provide the perfect modern and highly resourced facility to educate children. They offer support and guidance for their educators and provide in house training and development. Their main goal is to provide a caring, stimulating, environment that will produce confident and inspired children. The educational programs are based with a strong emphasis on play based learning and always adhere to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to ensure successful learning outcomes for children. They cater to children 2 - 6 years and are open from 7:00am - 6:00pm.
The Role
Your role will be as a Childcare Educator within the service and you will be responsible for:
- Implement programs into childrens learning in a collaborative manner with the other educators and with the guidance of the Room Leader and Educational Leader.
- Be reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals
- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with the children and maintain established relationships with families
- Be a good communicator, and a keen and enthusiastic team player.

About you
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR an ACECQA equivalent qualification. New graduates welcome!
- A current Working with Childrens Check
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
