About the role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, but heavily experienced team to drive sales growth.
You are in charge! In collaboration with our clients team and creative agency, you will be responsible for bringing new merchants to their already existing wine marketplace.
The Sales & Integration Manager will be responsible for achieving volume, profit and executing results with the agreed customers set in a way that encourages long term business growth and sustainable business relationships.
Be part of a team of delivery specialists while creating the best digital experience for our clients customers. Youll find yourself engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure all aspects of the features they deliver meet or exceed expectations.
As the Sales & Integration Manager, you will collaborate with the Head of E-commerce and General Manager to deliver our clients Australian and soon to be international objectives.
IMPORTANT: Youll need to have fun! Your role is also to be a team player and youre expected to bring ideas and collaborate with the internal team to take the business to the next level.

Your responsibilities:Management of Key MerchantsOn-board new merchants to the businessIntegrate merchants to the companys platformBuild relationships with merchants and scale their revenue through the platformBring in unique and extraordinary winesWork closely with the marketing team to promote merchants inventory
Your skills and experience:Skilled in commercial managementKnowledge and understanding of the E-Commerce Channel and the retail wine landscape in AustraliaGood people management skillsAbility to think strategically and understand big pictureAbility to negotiate outcomes that benefit all stakeholders and achieve objectivesPrevious experience in a senior state or national account management capacity in a FMCG environment, preferably wine (2+ years) is a plusExcellent time managementHigh attention to detailExcellent customer service and strong interpersonal skillsTeam player couple with ability to develop positive and supportive relationshipsResilient
