- Assists in the development and coordination of a various human resource programs and activities

Supports and administers human resources services such as

- Recruitment
- Compensation and benefits
- Training and development
- Performance management
- Employee relations

The Successful Applicant

- Experience in retail or hospitality industry
- Degree qualified in HR
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
