About the company

Our client is a well established and growing business located in Sydney. Due to significant growth over recent times our client wants to add to the extremely experienced team. We are seeking a highly motivated and vibrant loan processor/ broker support to join a tight knit team and work closely with the brokers. This is a full time permanent position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities include

- Providing a high level of service to support the brokers and client managers with the financial process
- Database management to pull reports
- Liaising with clients to ensure exceptional service
- Manage and verify supporting documentation
- Collect and review client applications- following up as required

What you will need to succeed

.

- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in financial and or/ mortgages and brokers
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A sound knowledge of brokering finance policies and procedures
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently
- Work well under pressure
- Resilience
