AMAZING PART-TIME EA/ADMIN ROLE2 days per week onsite
Located South Yarra
$50-$55.00 per hour
Working in the Private Family Office based in South Yarra working two days per week, this role is varied. Looking after private family investments and business interests.
In this position, priorities change quickly, the tasks are varied and the role is broad, working closely with the full-time EA within the business.
Duties include but not limited to;Providing EA support with dictation and preparation of documentation, flyers and newslettersPayment of invoices and accounts and reconciliation of accounts using XeroCo-ordinating of regular mailoutsUndertaking research as requiredOrganising travel as requiredMaintaining mailing listAdhoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, ability to take dictation with excellent writing skills, experience with processing and payment of invoices and accounts. Have demonstrated and proven career history in a similar role. Advanced computer skills with MS Office suite, Adobe as well as experience with Xero is essential. Role is 100% office based so willing to work in the office essential. Onsite parking provided.
