We are currently recruiting for a lovely 120 place ELC with Kindergarten seeking an assistant director . The centre is well established and operating to high quality. They have a lovely outdoor space for the children to explore with an abundance of resources. The center is a part of a larger group where you will have the opportunity to liaise and network with other leaders in the organisation. The center has a funded 3 and 4 year old kindergarten.
The role
We are looking for a diploma or bachelor trained assistant director to work in collaboration with the center manager to run a high quality ELC which meets the needs of all children and families who attend. The ideal candidate will have experience with all age groups and can provide a warm, caring, safe and secure environment! Our client is looking for the right person who has strong knowledge of the EYLF , experienced within a leadership role and is passionate and confident to build positive relationships with children and their families. This role would be office based 2 days and 3 days floating throughout each room.
Essentials
- Diploma in Childrens services or above
- Current approved first aid qualification, anaphylaxis management and asthma management
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good understanding of the EYLF
