With an emphasis on cultural fit, my client is seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join a high performing team based in their Adelaide CBD Office. This exciting position is responsible for leading, guiding and coaching a team of Administration and Settlement Preparation Officers with the purpose of delivering strong results and superior service to both internal and external clients. The role operates in a fast paced deadline driven environment and works collaboratively with Senior Management to ensure the delivery of service excellence.
Position Criteria
- Strong leadership experience, a natural leader that people will want to follow
- Previous experience in banking/finance, specifically in mortgage settlements is an advantage
- Passionate about customer service and role modelling this to your team
- Extremely organised and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Able to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationship
- Previous experience using work flow management tools to review and interpret data to drive and sustain performance and service level agreements
- Strong, clear communication skills
- A hands on approach to leadership, enthusiastic about getting involved and being task driven
