The Job..
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Maintain, develop and grow a commercial lending portfolio within a bank environment predominately SME clients. Maximise gross revenue, deposit volumes and non interest income Ensure adherence to the Banks risk appetite & policies Provide sales knowledge & client support training to front line staff Work closely with the Credit Manager to ensure ongoing client relationships are successful.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
Min 5 years experience working within a commercial relationship manager role Degree qualified in Business, Economics, Commerce or a related field Strong sales, negotiation & problem-solving skills Excellent relationship building skills
