job detailsReporting directly to the ANZ Director this role supports organisation leaders executing HR strategies aligned to the organisation's goals and operations.
An exciting opportunity for someone to ignite, lead, drive and influence the organisation's people and culture, core values, and career development and progression opportunities whilst promoting the sustainable global impact agenda.
Collaboratively work with leaders to coach, advise, support and engage employees to achieve organisational objectives at a micro and macro level.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- HR Generalist duties including advisory and service to managers and staff
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment strategies
- Support Managers with full employee life cycle including performance management and appraisal
- Career planning, training and development advice and initiatives
- Salary reviews, and Compensation and Benefits changes
- Employee migration and relocation matters
- Ability to conduct complex and sensitive ER and IR matters and negotiations
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role and industry
- A sales driven organisation background is beneficial
- An ability to deal with both white collar and blue collar stakeholders
- A strategic thinker and problem solver
- An ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise multiple task
