job detailsThis is an exciting opportunity to join this fantastic company located in the inner city of Sydney. Reporting into the People and Culture team this HR coordinator will be supporting HR Strategy and Subsequent projects across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Executing HR Strategy and subsequent projects
- Improving current Hr Systems under the P&C portfolio
- Involvement in the development of Policy and Procedures based on compliance and have a professional understanding of legislative frameworks.
- Excellent communication and key stakeholder management abilities
- Providing scheduled P&C report, tailored to key stakeholders
- Contribute to the goals of the P&C portfolio as required and work collaboratively with the HR Team.
- Exceptional excel skills, along with a high level of attention to detail
To be successful in this
- Understanding and exposure to HR legalisation
- Analytical experience in a HR context with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
