As a Hospitality Officer, you will be driven, possess leadership qualities, take pride in your presentation and providing support to clients with the following task: Prepare, cook and deliver food in adherence with Australian food safety standards and dietary requirements of our elderly residentsBe willing to support senior hospitality staff members with daily operations which may include housekeeping and laundry servicesBe required to uphold impeccable hygiene standards

What youll need:Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaningEnthusiasm and strong self-motivationGreat communication skills and excellent attention to detailGood understanding of Australian food and beverage standardsConfidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
Previous exposure to nutrition and dietary requirement for the aged is desirable, but not essential
