Our group of specialists at Create Health, an established Women's healthcare practice in Melbourne, have decided to embark on an exciting journey to open a doctor-owned, boutique fertility service providing complete fertility care for patients.
Our vision as compassionate healthcare professionals, is to provide individualised, patient-focused care to improve the chances of conception for our patients, once our ART Certification & Licensing has been achieved and granted.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate and committed to providing scientific excellence and exceptional service and care to our patients. Youll be an individual who will bring the highest standard of work ethic and thrive in a close-knit team environment. Your initial employment & role would be to provide support to the unit to achieve RTAC Accreditation and become a licensed ART provider.
About you
As an embryologist we would expect you to have a thorough understanding of women's health and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for your patients.
Ideally you will bring the following:Tertiary qualifications in Science or related fieldA minimum of 4 years clinical experience in the fieldProficient in all technical aspects of IVF laboratory work including embryo biopsySolid communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to complete additional duties as delegated by the Lab ManagerStrong & compassionate patient focus Attention to detail in all aspects of embryologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate computer skills and ability to learn IVF database softwareMembership to a relevant professional body (i.e. FSA, SIRT)Knowledge of ART legislation and clinical protocols
Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience, subject to negotiation.
