Position Overview: We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Our facility includes a specialized palliative care unit, and we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in aged care and palliative care highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
