Located at Braemar near Mittagong, we design and manufacture transformers and associated electrical equipment for power utilities and industrial customers across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.Tyree is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated team player with great communication and data entry skills to join our team.
Job ResponsibilitiesGreeting guests to our office, ensuring check in via our visitor processes and distribution to relevant team members Answering phones and directing calls to relevant parties Other related reception and data entry duties as they ariseData entry support/filing/copying/scanning for all company departments as requiredMonitoring and actioning stores receipting Responding to first instance purchasing/stores/accounts queries
Experience / QualificationsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail with data entry accuracyAbility to multitask and enthusiasm to take on additional skillsExperience and knowledge in Microsoft suite of products.Would suit a school leaver
Must be COVID double vaccinated.
