TP Engineering Associates is a growing Project Management Consultancy looking to expand our team with the best in the business.Tasks & responsibilitiesGeneral housekeeping.Ad-hoc duties as required.Bank Account Monthly ReconciliationAccounts Payable: item receipt, bill entry, statement reconciliationGeneral administration and document management tasksSupport the Project Team with email & phone enquiriesOrder and maintain consumables, including office stationery and kitchen suppliesAssist with processing payrollLiaising and assist with mobilising FIFO workers to siteManaging medical, accommodation and flight bookingsCoordinating and managing personnel site entry requirements Overseeing training compliances, plus arranging inductions and courses for the crewanswering questions from the crew and keeping them well-informed.
Qualifications & experienceKnowledge in Xero and MYOB (Not essential).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail.Good organisational and time management skills.Good at multi-taskingA positive attitude is a must with eagerness to learnIntermediate computer skills and knowledge Word, Excel, OutlookSelf-motivated and the ability to prioritiseCheerful personality with a positive can-do attitude.
