Our client is currently seeking the services of a Senior Project Controller who will be accountable for providing the required level of management,coordination and expert assistance towards delivering the project controls scope of work as required by the project team
This position is based in Edinburgh Parks, SA
Your new role:
As a Senior Project Controller you will:
- Assist the project team to establish the initial cost & schedule baseline
- Establish and maintain the Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), CWB Dictionary & CWBS Index
- Establish and maintain a fully integrated Project Schedule and Cost Account detailed schedules
- Establish and maintain the Work Package level budgets & EV techniques
- Establish and maintain the Project Authorisation & other project budget documentation
- Use cost & schedule tools (Open Plan/ Cobra)
- Provide EVM project reporting and analysis data to the project team on a monthly basis
- Assist the project team to undertake performance management using the variance analysis and corrective action planning processes
- Provide customer required and management level EVM data & associated reports
- Coordinate data input into the Project Performance Review Pack (PPRP)
- Contribute to the preparation of Schedule Risk Analysis
- Assist in contract change proposal documentation
About you

- Proven performance at a similar level OR experience and demonstrable competence through previous project experience
- Ability to see patterns, trends, or missing pieces
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues within and outside their immediatenteam, to implement business requirements
- Well-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work under own initiative to deliver outputs to time, quality and cost
- Ability to use good written and verbal communication skills is important to this role
- Ability to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance
