This role will work closely with our Senior Manager, Operations to support to the broader Customer Operations Teams, allowing teams to focus on delivering high quality service in line with business KPIs and SLAs.
The scope of this role will include: Managing Broker Commission payments monthly and quarterly;Managing the Broker Accreditation process;Provide support to staff using the lending platform and assist with system testing;Manage and lead the Customer Loyalty Program for Gateway Members;Reconcile valuation payments against invoices for payment monthly;Support Customer teams as needed;Assist with production/management of reporting as needed;Work collaboratively with teams to identify and develop opportunities for process improvement.
About you:
To be successful in this role, we want to see:Understanding of lending concepts and the ability to become the SME for the lending platform;Experience in a customer focused environment;Well-developed written & verbal communication skills;Microsoft Word, PowerPoint at intermediary level;Microsoft Excel at advanced level;Process improvement and system implementation experience is desirable.

What does Gateway offer?

You would be working in our super-stylish office in the Sydney CBD, which is located close to transport and the QVB shopping district. Following a long period of remote working, we have transitioned to in-office operations, with the option of working from home 2-3 days per week.
