Job summary
LOCATION: Flexible - Northern TerritoryACRRM is a national College with a rural heart. We are focused on training and supporting doctor to become Rural Generalists providing high quality healthcare to their communities.
Training Officers provide a high level of service and support our registrars and external stakeholders. A key responsibility of the role is to monitor registrar training progression in line with the requirements of the training program and policies. The role requires professional engagement within the regional networks, the national training team, training coordinators and medical educators and training posts.
Duties of the role:Coordinate and support registrar progression and performance Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships Provide regular reporting of registrar progressionMaintain training progress management systems, processes and communication channels
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:a track record of exceptional customer servicethe ability and initiative to work through complex informationexperience in database or CRM systems andwell-developed and accurate data management skills
