Job Description
- Develop annual strategic brand plans for each nominated Brand taking a category focused approach by Channel
- Develop and manage all marketing budgets in line with Brand target audience
- Coordinate all marketing related activities for the Brands, partnering with the National Business Managers and Field Sales Manager
- Develop Above and Below the Line and TTL activities, communicating plans and completing post performance analysis to ROI budget for all stakeholders.
- Deliver range innovation and market share growth ensuring a sustainable future
- Monitor performance of relevant brands regularly and reporting on these as required.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years experience in Marketing equivalent role
- Experience working as an Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Coordinator, Digital / Social / Product role
- Previous work experience preferably with health, wellness, cosmetic or lifestyle brand (ideally beauty/ pharmaceuticals/ FMCG)
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Experience in entire marketing mix including NPD, brand communications, POS development, visual merchandising
- Planning and project management skills
