Youll provide care to your clients, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
With no two days ever the same, youll spend your time, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:Personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironingProviding care in accordance with their individualised Care PlanSupporting with community based recreational and social activitiesTransportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

What youll need: Certificate III Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability SupportCurrent Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required (for community position)Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtainExperience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etcConfidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
