The focus of these positions would be to assist customers, staff, and other relevant stakeholders by managing the front desk and liaising with relevant parties.

Responsibilities would include

- All relevant front of house duties - phones, maintaining office supplies
- Ensuring visitors are inducted, logged into our sign-in system, and provided with site directions
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to functional responsibilities of the directors
- Organising travel arrangements and preparation for business meetings
- Undertaking special functions when needed i.e. Christmas lunch, BBQs, staff parties
- Preparation of board room meetings (catering and documents)
- Accounts payable duties - including matching invoices to purchase orders
- Providing administrative assistance to the team ie diary managements, document prep, data entry and follow up calls

Skills and experience should include

- Professional and warm demeanour with amazing work ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act with discretion, integrity, confidentiality and prioritisation of tasks
- Demonstrated time management skills when working with timelines
- Coordination of small projects / events - Organisation
- A natural problem solver and ability to think outside the square
- Software experience with ERP and CRM systems ( SAP, ORACLE and PRONTO highly regarded)
