Job summary

Job Purpose Banking transactions operation according to the Branchs strategy and management instructions;Assist directors with credit analysis, report writing, client information and monitoring loan portfolio;Conduct client due diligence review and KYC in both client onboard and annual review processes; Ensure and comply with all the policies and procedures stipulated by head office and branch are well observed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Process banking transactions (such as deposit, FX deals and etc) according to clients instructions;System operations, including client risk rating, loan draw-down, and etc; Trade finance transactions operation as per business required;Process account opening for both HNW clients and SMEs (Small to Medium-sized enterprises), including but not limited to DD accounts, credit application and trust accounts;Conduct periodical client due diligent (CDD and ECDD) review and AML screening reviews, ensuring comply with branch AML/CTF policy and procedures;Manage/maintain the Branchs post lending data and documents;Maintain client information up to date, including IDs, CRS status, residential address updates and etc.;Perform other tasks assigned by the directors or Management as required.

Skills and Experience

The candidate must demonstrate proven results in a similar role. He or she must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and is expected to perform customer service outstandingly. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Banking Industry and trade finance operation experience is preferable.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Must have minimum 3 years' banking experiences in Australia;Must have minimum 1-year experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking or Trade Finance;Must be tertiary educated, with a minimum degree in business related discipline;Must be proficient in Mandarin and English;High level of initiative and exceptional organization skills to manage a heavy workload;Ability to constantly produce quality work assigned and comfortable in engaging, maintaining ongoing developing systems;A solid understanding of the banking and financial markets industry, its services and processes;Better to good at marketing, negotiating and have experience organizing/holding customer events;Better to have experience offering service for Chinese high-level clients/SMEs, like credit operations.

It will also provide advisory and wealth management services to high-end private clients to serve the needs of individuals better. The establishment of CCB Melbourne Branch will enable CCB to expand its global network and enhance customer service capability to facilitate the economic and trade co-operation between Victoria/Tasmania and China.
