Your responsibilities as an educator:
- Communicate positively with the children and families
- Have an understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Fun and positive with working with children
- Understanding of children's needs
- Providing a safe and welcoming environment
- Leadership Skills
