The Role:

We are looking for a passionate brand marketer to drive the next phase of growth for RedBalloon. You will be responsible for delivering the RedBalloon long-term strategy through insight driven, inspiring, on-budget marketing plans with flawless execution across creative campaigns, consumer research, media, PR, partnerships, events, and POS.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the RedBalloon customer to the wider organisation. You will live our team purpose to inspire & champion each other as a natural collaborator, an inspiring leader, and a champion of your team. In this role, you will lead a small team of marketing professionals to deliver your vision for the brand.

As a marketer with strong strategic, creative, and commercial marketing skills you will inspire the RedBalloon team with customer insights, disruptive ideas, and a passion for the impact of brand. This role will see you working closely with our creative, social, performance, CLM and ecommerce teams. You will thrive if you are a natural collaborator who excels among high performing peers.

This role sits at the heart of the brand marketing team, responsible for owning the RedBalloon brand identity, strategy, and budget. You will bring all stakeholders on the brand journey and facilitate great work with on-brand creative campaigns, messaging, and clarity.

Core Activities: Build, execute & inspire teams to deliver annual brand marketing plans Deliver regular consumer research, interviews & competitor analysis Develop, brief, and execute world-class creative campaigns Develop and deliver strategic goals to hold team & self to brand growth targets End to end management creative campaign briefing (agency & internal), feedback and delivery Budget Management Partnership pitching, management & execution of all brand partnerships Data & Insight-driven analysis, insights & reporting Leadership & team development Stakeholder engagement Media & PR briefing, planning & execution with external agencies Event management for internal, stakeholder and consumer events for key brand initiatives Agency Management (PR, Media, Creative) Instore & online gift card management with key partners Be a true advocate for the brand. Experience Required: Proven 4-5 years experience in a similar role Success managing a high performing and growing team Proven track record delivering annual brand plans to drive significant commercial outcomes across; Brand Health Metrics (Awareness, Consideration, Preference) Earned Media Reach through Disruptive Campaigns Direct & Organic Traffic Ability to prioritise and inspire a team in a rapidly changing and competitive landscape Proven competence in managing and reporting on significant marketing budgets Ability to think strategically, critically analyse past performance and develop strategies moving forward Proven ability to drive insights from data across consumer research (quant & qual), customer data & competitor research. eCommerce and/or travel experience preferred
