Job Description
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for consumer lead generation and performance in the field of consumer finance.
Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
Performance Metrics: Be accountable for lead volume, quality, acquisition cost, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Partnership Management: Manage relationships with external digital advertising partners, working closely with senior account teams and suppliers to optimize digital investments.
Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage budgets for consumer finance lead generation.
Lead Acquisition Strategy: Oversee the lead buying strategy across various digital lead acquisition models, channels, and third-party targeting.
Innovation and Testing: Proactively seek out and implement new opportunities and innovative digital and data integrations for continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the consumer lead generation program and develop strategies to align with revenue and sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support decision-making for digital marketing and business initiatives.
Conversion Optimization: Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance the conversion process throughout the sales funnel.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, agency, or digital media buying roles.
Google Ads and Analytics Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with all aspects of Google Ads and Analytics. This includes a track record of direct collaboration with Senior Google Account teams to optimize paid search campaigns and strategies, with expertise in Value-Based Bidding.
Budget Management: Proven experience in managing large budgets within roles focused on high-volume consumer lead generation and customer acquisition.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Strong background in implementing and managing effective CRO frameworks and techniques. This includes the ability to continually test and enhance conversion metrics and improve digital experiences for customers.
Agency and Partner Management: Demonstrated experience in managing agency and partner relationships, including commercial negotiations.
End-to-End Digital Media Buying: Experience owning the end-to-end process of digital media buying, including ROAS optimization, strategic planning, and execution. This should involve managing buying strategies across multiple digital advertising partners, with a focus on Google Ads (Paid Search).
Lead Generation and Quality Focus: Proven expertise in optimizing and balancing buying strategies and campaigns to achieve large monthly consumer lead targets while maintaining consistent cost per lead (ROAS) and supporting quality metrics, such as lead quality/value and conversion metrics.
Efficiency and Effectiveness: Experience in managing different buying strategies with multiple digital advertising partners and agencies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of performance media.
Finance Background (Preferred): Previous experience working in or with finance-focused organizations is a plus.
