Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand, partner brands, and the local market to drive an innovative partner strategy and outstanding partner creative for all products and services.
- Ensure timely and seamless development of all partner-led communications, from advertising to the partner's owned marketing channels in-store and online.
- Plan and execute support for new product introductions and seasonal partner campaigns.
- Drive digital optimisation and inspire partners to innovate in this area.
- Provide partners with the necessary resources for campaign execution (assets, guidelines, BOX, meeting room).
- Review and approve partner communications to maintain consistency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales organisation to understand business opportunities and challenges influencing marketing and communication strategies.
- Provide market and partner insights to the broader client group, contributing to programs aimed at driving awareness, consideration, and sales.
- Establish robust tracking systems to measure campaign performance.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of brand/marketing communications experience, ideally from leading industry or affiliate marketing/digital agencies.
- Experience with integrated communications and account/client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and their impact on delivering compelling product experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Experience working within a recognised creative/digital-driven organisation is a strong plus.
- Highly detail-oriented team player with persuasive/negotiation skills.
- Fluent communicator in English.
- Knowledge of marketing and channel environments with curiosity about trends and future developments in this area.
