Your New Role
As the Retail Director, you will be based in Sydney and responsible for the operations and smooth running of all stores across NSW and Victoria. Your duties will include:
- Implementing improvements to store operations
- Reviewing store budgets and ensuring compliance with growth strategies
- Managing store expenditures and ensuring in line with budgets
- Recruiting retail team members for all stores
- Travelling between stores to provide support to staff
- Partnering with the merchandising, visual merchandising and marketing departments to support overall operational needs

About You
