Job Description
This is an exciting position, which will allow you to experience the full cycle of Business Development and Sales. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following duties and tasks:
- Focus on ANT site acquisition in geographic areas of interest, to help broaden my client's footprint and have a "hunter" focus
- Provide support and assistance to the General Manager in the development and implementation of new business to my client
- Obtain support from the General Manager for new policies, procedures and strategies. This includes skills in negotiating, persuading and influencing to sell a new initiative, a decision or agreement. This may require making formal presentations and preparing written proposals and briefing documents
- Undertake consultation with all key stakeholders, including liaison with landlords, owners, potential landlords or their representatives etc.
- Engage with SME's within the business to obtain necessary advice / actions with regards to site acquisition including Finance, Operations and Legal.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate will Possess the Following skill sets:
- Ability to problem solve, analyse, negotiate and provide solutions for property owners under limited supervision.
- Presentation skills to "C" suite level executives
- A tertiary qualification preferably in Commerce or business or other related field or outstanding performance in similar role is desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a high turnover sales position with a successful track record of achieving results through influence.
- Experience in commercial property will be well regarded
- Experience in B2B sales and achieving pre-determined targets.
