Duties:
- Working with suppliers to ensure supply levels are met
- Monitoring the progress of incoming orders and management of daily issues / requirements / processes with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Procurement of required materials ensuring that Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives are met
- Receipting of all Raw materials into the ERP system
- Facilitate ongoing review, setting and adherence to safety stock levels for raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Identify and report slow moving / obsolete / on hold RM inventory and develop and implement plans to eliminate
- Maintain accuracy with planning tools and systems to ensure improvements
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional project teams as required
Skills & Experience:
- At least one years experience in an inventory management role
- Experience with MRP/ERP Systems
- Able to build strong relationships at all levels
- Experienced in use of computerised inventory management systems
- Well organised and systematic approach
- Have a practical aptitude and show a strong attention to detail
- Resilient and adaptable to change
