Job summary
Neon Records is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing and Promotions Manager to join our label team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and promotional strategies for our artists and releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional plans for artists and releases, including the creation and implementation of creative campaigns.Collaborate with other departments, such as A&R, Commercial, Brands and Promotions to align marketing and promotional efforts with overall company goals.Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing and promotional strategies.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Stay up-to-date on industry developments and identify new opportunities for growth.Execute marketing and promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and promoters to maximize visibility and impact of promotional efforts.Track and measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Qualifications:
Experience in a marketing or promotions role.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and promoters.Passion for dance music and the music industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field is preferred.
