The role:
An opportunity exists, for a driven and innovative Formulation Senior Scientist that shares our passion for developing best-in class innovative products, to join the Drug Product Development (DPD) team in Broadmeadows. You will take a leading role in drug product formulation programs, to identify and develop novel products aligned to the Plasma Product Development strategy.
The DPD Senior Scientist will lead a small, highly skilled team team, bringing a cutting-edge scientific approach to formulation development and protein based drug stability.They will lead and support the development of new products from early stage through to late stage clinical phases; and will identify, assess and exploit enabling technology to support growth of current and future products.
The incumbent should have an understanding of or willingness to understand and implement innovative digital technology and proactively support digital transformation programs.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Formulation Scientist role
- Biochemistry project experience
- Strong leadership qualities, seeking an individual who is energetic and can lead and drive a team, and drive engagement
- Strong digital / data knowledge for computational modeling and predictive modeling with scientific data
