Position Overview:
Are you ready to take the next step in your career within the finance industry? Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Operator to join their Credit Control team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing diverse customer interactions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Your contributions will play a vital role in the continuous improvement of our client's collections processes and systems, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and addressing daily reports related to customer accounts, payments, and collections.
- Skillfully managing inbound and outbound phone calls and promptly responding to customer emails, addressing their concerns and providing necessary information.
- Assisting customers in creating and managing repayment plans tailored to their financial situations.
- Providing empathetic support to customers experiencing financial hardship, offering guidance and assistance in navigating their challenges.
- Regularly following up with customers regarding payment variations, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon plans.
Minimum requirements:
- 1 year experience within a similar role.
Desirable attributes:
- Demonstrating a caring nature, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Strong coaching skills, with a focus on employee development.
- Excellent communication abilities, prioritizing transparency and openness.
- Strong emotional resilience, maintaining composure under pressure.
