- Co-ordinate and steward new student gifts through various academic committees
- Maintain a faculty intranet site and other tools with general guidance in relation to the financial aspects of trust management through conception
- Serve as a resource on matters of compliance and legal and regulatory changes, and assessing and identifying areas of risk
- Establish and maintain necessary systems to record the annual decisions, details of expenditure, award recipients, history of donor, expenditure plans and other relevant notes for each trust
About you:
- High-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand the compliance issues relating to the administration of legal contracts
- Experience in liaising with professional third parties such as solicitors and external trustees
- Experience in the University or Trust space highly regarded
- Ability to manage multiple projects and balance sometimes competing and conflicting priorities
