The Position
Due to strong growth in New South Wales, the exciting and newly established position of Territory Sales Manager has become available. This position is a growth role, working closely with the NSW team with the aim of maintaining and significantly growing customer base and operations within the territory.Major account manager & BDM roleMetro Sydney territory (no major travel required)Manage an existing portfolio of commercial builders, tier 1 construction companies, civil contractors, marine specialists, councils and more.On the road position will see you working in a range of environments from the company office to job sites or presenting proposals to corporate decision makers, engineering teams, architects, and specifiers.Scope to work the territory autonomously, with support provided from a head office team.

The Candidate
This position will be reserved for an enthusiastic and energetic sales person with a strong background in B2B sales. The following characteristics will be highly regarded:B2B sales experience selling on behalf of a contractor into the construction marketA background of sales or operations within concrete remediation, waterproofing, repair or admixtures space (ideal, but necessary)Existing relationships with civil construction companies, builders and head contractorsAbility to deal with all level of decision maker from project and site managers to engineers and C-level executivesProven track record of working autonomously and developing salesExcellent presentation and communication skillsPride yourself on being a relationship builderAbility to work within a lively and nimble team offering a huge range of servicesExcellent problem solving ability with the ability to think fast and solve customer headaches in a timely mannerA love for sales and closing deals
