Responding to customer enquiries to address and resolve the key issues customers are facing every day both over the phone and via email Liaising with a range of stakeholders on a day to day basis Monitoring and reporting recurrent quality control matters to the appropriate departments Ensuring high levels of customer service We are a leading boutique office support recruitment agency, with over 17 years in the London market supporting temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across our clients. We recruit for over 150 companies in London across a wide range of industries such as; Professional and Financial Services, Technology and Start-Ups, Construction and Architecture, E-Commerce, Fashion and Retail, Higher Education, Not-for-Profit and much, much, more.
ESSENTIALS:
