About the Role
Our Customer Service Department is a key service function and interface, to many of our internal and external stakeholders. As such, it is also a source of trained and skilled employees who may wish to transfer to other key roles (Sales, New product Development, Regulatory Support) within the organisation. Presently, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team.
You will be a key point of contact ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of customer service and support. This entails supporting from the placement of their order, through to delivery, in full and on time. During the process you will be liaising with our production team, planners, laboratory and warehouse people to track the manufacture of products whilst keeping the customer fully informed.
About youYou will be energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about customer serviceProven experience handling key/major accounts (essential)Highly organised with the ability to 'multi task'Sound initiative with a commitment to 'get things done'The ability to communicate and listen to clients, promptly attending to their issues and needs with strong problem solving skills and be solutions focusedGenerate daily, weekly or monthly reports as requiredAdvanced Microsoft application skills i.e. Word, Outlook and ExcelExperience using an MRP / ERP system, ideally Microsoft NavisionYour own transport as our facility is not easily accessible via public transportExperience in a similar role is essential Please note this is not a call centre role
