About the Opportunity:
They are seeking a Sales professional to join the successful team, someone who can work with high levels
of autonomy to ensure a healthy work / life balance.
In this role you will be focused on developing the NSW / QLD based Regional Accounts and new business
opportunities to continue to build the market for their range of products.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with a dedicated team, this role will suit a candidate that has the desire to take their career to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellence in customer service and maximising commercial outcomes
- Maximising wallet spend for all existing NSW/QLD retail Regional Accounts
- Growing margins for all accounts
- Targeting, developing and winning new business to exceed budget requirements for the
- NSW/QLD markets
- Identifying market opportunities and areas of product innovation.
About You
As the successful applicant, you will:
- Have demonstrated account management and selling skills
- Be a strategic thinker who can plan and implement a targeted approach for maximizing sales
- Plan effectively and take a creative approach.
- Form strong partnerships with all key stakeholders
- Possess good communication skills coupled with strong commercial acumen
- Have resilience and determination, with high levels of personal accountability and integrity
- Be detail orientated and highly organised
- Have proficiency using Excel & other Microsoft applications
- Work with autonomy to ensure a healthy work / life balance.
