The role
Exciting opportunity to join our construction services team and deliver projects across the social infrastructure space. We are currently delivering a $8m Industrial upgrade in the Ingleburn area. Join a fun and outgoing team who have a great mentor mentality
Responsibilities
These may include but are not limited to:
Provide delivery and programming support to the Project team. Assist with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration. Attend and minute subcontractor, site and client meetings. Process invoices and progress payments. Assist with cost reporting. Organise defects rectification. Coordinate WH&S requirements. Coordinate site operations. Assist with project procurement management. Essential Selection Criteria
Must have a tertiary qualification in project management, construction management or relevant field. A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role. Experience trade letting & contract management Comfortable on site with WHSE responsibilities Strong interpersonal skills MS Project Suite Can do attitude What's in it for you?
