Your New Role
As a Facilities Manager, be responsible for the overall plan for the physical grounds, property, and facilities of the Institution.
The Facilities Manager is also responsible for implementation and completion of all Property and Grounds maintenance schedules. The role includes direction and supervision of all property department staff, bus department staff, WHS matters, Fire safety compliance as well as liaising with the contract cleaning company and building contractors.

About You
Qualification, Certifications and Work-related Experience
- Trade qualifications (building/construction) and previous project management experience and/or experience in a large property management environment.
- Facility management experience with significant property assets, including significant budget management.
- Experience managing multiple vehicle fleets.
- People leadership experience and good interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills.
- WHS officer qualification or ability to obtain.
- Fire Safety Officer qualification or ability to obtain.
- Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages eg Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment.
- Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
- Project Management qualifications desirable
