About the Role:
As a Members Services Representative you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in providing a high quality first point of contact for existing customers and ensure they receive the best possible care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with general queries via phone while maintaining a first call resolution focus
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties
- Understanding the various products, procedures and services on offer
- Provide quality advice to customers regarding relevant relevant health insurance products
- Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others
HOURS: This is a full-time 6 month contract role with strong possibility of becoming permanent. Rotating roster across Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm.
Skills and Experience:
Our client is open to a wide variety of backgrounds. If you bring experience in health, finance, customer service or are a recent graduate looking to make your first step, we encourage you to apply!
- Extremely clear and high level communication skills
- Empathetic approach when speaking with members and ability to develop rapport
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn!
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is highly desirable
- Bachelor degree qualified will be highly regarded - recent graduates encouraged to apply!
Training and Induction:
- Full training will be provided for the role in office over the first 3 weeks of the role
